Number of ICE or federal agents present at the scene.
Example: "Approximately 6 agents on site"
AActions / Activities
What are the agents doing? Are they conducting interviews, making arrests, searching vehicles, entering buildings?
Example: "Agents conducting vehicle stop and questioning driver"
LLocation
Exact cross streets and any additional location details. Be as specific as possible.
Example: "Corner of 5th Ave and Main St, in front of the grocery store parking lot"
UUniform
How are they dressed? What identification are they displaying? Are they in marked uniforms or plain clothes?
Example: "Plain clothes with ICE badges visible on tactical vests"
TTime / Date
Always provide the specific time and date so other observers know the priority and timeline.
Example: "January 12, 2026 at 2:30 PM"
EEquipment
What weapons and vehicles are in use? Document vehicle types, license plates if visible, and any equipment being used.
Example: "3 unmarked black SUVs, agents armed with sidearms"
